html home screen wallpaper folder vanish

is it just me or has anyone else when using a .html document as the wallpaper it vanishes when you open a folder then reappears when you close the folder

yeah it dims the background automatically. i experience this as well, no biggie. if you want a fix, idk what to say. maybe go looking deep inside some coreservice files and find a .plist file that can be edited to not do that but idk. good luck!
