    Default SSHing

    Is there a way to SSH if my computer is hardwired to my router? (hardwired meaning I do not have a wireless card for the computer, so I use an ethernet cable to connect the desktop to the wireless router and get internet that way.

    Yeah, it'll still work as long as both your computer and phone are connected to the same network.

    yep. You can also "SSH"(its not really ssh) with your phone hooked up with programs like ifunbox which is free.
