Factory Reset Cydia?

I recently encountered an error that makes these apps show up on my homescreen: AdSheet, DemoApp, iPodOut, Nike + iPod, TrustMe, & WebSheet.

Is there anyway that I can remove all cydia installs? Can I just remove all the packages that show up in the manage tab? (I have it in developer mode) Some of my installed installed things that I don't remember what they are now. Is there anything that shows up in the packages that I shouldn't remove?
