App/tweak to make all springboard icons semi-transparent?

Hi, I was wondering if there was something I could download from Cydia that automatically makes all icons partially opaque (even adjustable settings would be nice). Like some global sprinboard icon transparency app. I like to see my wallpaper, and I don't like clear themes because I still want to retain the look of all the icons. Thanks
