Weather widget help
I'm trying to get a weather widget working on iOS 4. I've read all I can find about the matter and understand that its a problem with the .js calls. I tried copying the .js contents into the .html file but I can't get it to work. I'd really appreciate some help from someone a bit better at this stuff. Attached is a file containing all items of the widget file.

Hey, I was downloading some other apps from Cydia and Rock your phone. After a reboot, I was able to see the Katra's weather on my homescreen. Then after another reboot, it was gone. Weird. What's going on? Did something upgraded that I didn't know about?

I have a 3g with 4.0.1, tried to get the modified Weather Widget from the ModMyi Official Theme, couldn't get it to work. Eventually found this widget here (see edit) that I could get working. Found out the myopia.css style sheet would not work with that second Weather Widget (Cribby). I just used the existing css file and modified the pixel position to my liking. Also, I switched the icon set to the HTC icons (also found in mmi theme). See attached image for result.
Edit: Seems I can't post the link (maybe?). You can google for the link using "Cribby Weather Widget". It should be the top hit.
Edit2: I should also add that I needed to edit locale, iconSetWall (maybe isCelsius) in the html file. It is basically the same as editing the configureme.js file so...Last edited by Gra7on; 08-24-2010 at 09:50 PM.

It is called ConfigureMe.js. It is located in the private folder of the theme in question

I finally got my weather widgets working. I had to add a couple of lines to the widget.html file. I will try to find out where I got the info and repost it here.

@mtb: It is my first custom theme. The dock is from Glass Orb, the folders at top were done using Categories, and I made the icons myself. Still a work in progress, needs more widgets.
