I did buy my sister keeps making it disabled for 60 minutes and gets pretty annoying. But androidlock doesn't...

androidlock xt works on iOS4 and iPhone 4. it's not in cydia though, it's a paid app in RockApp, $1.50. Paid adds alot more settings, like completely clear androidlock which is what i use.

I love AndriodLock XT - it works great for me on iOS4.
