    Default openssh just wont install??

    hey everyone

    just recently jailbroke my 3g with spirit

    i go to cydia. download openssh and everything says it goes well. i hit the home button and theres nothing there. so i shut it off and turn it back on still nothing.

    ive already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now. still no go

    im trying to get it so i can get some NES roms ! )

    Thanks forthat! I was wondering hybi couldn't find anything on it!


    I couldn't get wincp (i think that's the name lol) to the iPhone via wifii. I guess I'll reinstall it again and give it another go! Anyother ideas??

    thanks! that worked great! ive gt the games on there - now NES just opens and then shuts right down...lol

    seems like its more trouble than its worth jailbreaking sometimes...lol

    Meh. You should have been jailbreaking a couple years ago. No fancy one-click jailbreak. We had to write lines of code and it took hours.
    I'm sure the fix you need is simple. Are you sure you placed the rom's in the correct folder?

    haha - i can only imaging lines of code! i must say, once i got it to work, Spirit was fantastic!

    yeap, im pretty sure they are in the right folder. i am at work now so cannot double check but i followed the directions pretty well (had to create 2 folders if i remember correctly)

    ive been searching high and low for a fix ! lol this was one of the main reasons i jailbroke !
