problems with winscp

Ok, trying to mod a few files within my iPhone 3G, jailbroken with blackra1n on 3.1.2

Installed openSSH and winscp on comp. Trying to connect to phone I keep getting timed out with no responce. Am I missing any programs or files that I need, all info is correct on winscp login and I even tried to increase timeout under connection tab.... any suggestions?

Did you make sure openSSH is on from SBSettings?

Post your settings please if you have openSSH on (you can block out your ip address I just need to see if you put all the info in the right place).
