what folder do you want exactly? the whole folder and all apps? if so itll be best to restore as giving you mine will have my info in...

The whole folder with standard apps (Messages, Calendar,...), there are no infos in it.

the Applications folder is different on all devices , because of the hardware , for example the iPod touch doesnt have the MobilePhone or MobileSMS apps because it is not an iPhone , and each devices operates differently and launches apps in different ways for example you cant put an iPhone3GS native app on an iPhone3G because it uses different code to execute the app and load.

so you need to find someone with the same device as yours thats on iOS 4
