Icons wont change with new theme's

I've installed a new theme and can't for the life of me get the weather icon to change, it's changed before. I've Verified Summerboard was on, verified Fahrenheit was on rather than Celsius, verified location was U.S., went to /Applications/Weather.app and edited the file info.plist to SBIconClassicon, have even deleted <key>SBIconClass</key>
<string>SBWeatherApplicationIcon</string>. Also , have gone directly in to /Applications/Weather.app and changed out the icon.png. I'm on a iPhone 3.1.2 3G, broken w/ Blackrain. Any ideas? I'm about ready to punt my wife's dog across the room.

hahahhahaahhhahah im sorry but the punt the dog part was funny as hell. and try reinstalling winterboard, reinstall theme, reboot.

haha, yeah. I have a Bull Mastif and she has one of those little lap dogs, it's annoying as hell. I will try that, thanks.
