iPhone phone app on iPod Touch

Could someone make an app for me identical to the iPhone phone app but using voip? to sign in to voip using popups for first usage that saves the login data then the popup never coming again to keep highest realism

Pull the images from the iPhone phone app, and skin the voip app would be my suggestion.
