iOS 4 folders on 3G,3GS

Hey guys. Newbie here.. Just wondering if someone can make the Folders of iOS4 where you can drag an icon to another and create a folder. Surely not impossible to be done i think.
I do not want to upgrade to OS4 cause with Wallpaper and Multitasking the phone is slow like my grandma

I have just changed my theme to look like OS4 added Multitasking but the feature of folders is missing and it's great

umm, there is "categories" from cydia. also in your info you have a 3g. you dont have to install multitasking in ios4 you know

Yeah man i have categories already.. I am not new to iPhone
I just want my OS to look like OS4 without making any upgrade to my iPhone.
I am not sure but some users will stay away from OS4 on 3G due to lag of speed and just want to find look like apps for OS3.

just get os4 and disable multitasking and wallpapers job done lol

And I'm on 3G and it's working fine with MT and wallpaper, although wen I have a few mobile substrates running it does get a bit choppy. But I just turn em off off wen I'm not using them..

@arkatis i have iOS 4.0 on my 3g and it works great and i can say it's smoother and a little faster than OS 3.1.3...

@MaxxyBoii2K10 i tried installing something that requires Mobile Substrate and it keeps crashing on me...
