When I had firmware 3.1.2 on my iPhone, apps from ********** would sync flawlessly back into iTunes. I had AppSync for OS 3.1 from Hackulo.us in Cydia, and it worked. I was having some issues (or I thought I was) so I restored and upgraded to 3.1.3. I do not remember what version of iTunes I had when I was running 3.1.2, but now I have 9.1.1.12. I cannot "Transfer Purchases" like I used to be able to, so now I have to have a backup folder on my PC, then SSH or use iFile to get the .ipa file from my phone into this backup folder, then add each app into iTunes manually. What to do?

No help on this forum for cracked apps or warez, you will have to seek your answers elsewhere.
