Orbz Theme Problem

I installed the orbz theme and enabled winterboard and put it at the top of the priority list. Respringed, rebooted and even downloaded and installed the icon pack and sshed it into my phone and still my icons look stock. What gives any help will be appreciated.I have the background that is suppost to come with orbz but still my icons are stock.

Turn summerboard mode to on inside of winterboard.
