    Default Jumping to spotlight

I'm a rather novice developer/modder/whatever you want to call me so I'm looking for some more advanced advice on this. I have an iNav type theme and I want to put an icon that jumps to spotlight. I went through activator in iFile and got the plist that activator uses to jump to spotlight. I assumed all I had to do was replace the plist of any given page jump with that plist and voila, but it didn't work. I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this

Already resolved it. For anyone else who needs to know:
    just to keep
it short and sweet: the spotlight is page -1

you just go to applications and change one of the springjumps names to -1 instead of lets say 9
