    Default Weathericon modding question
    Good afternoon ModMyi'ers!!

I want to know if there is a way to mod the files (plist?) of Weathericon so that it does not show the temperature on the icon, only the current weather picture. The reason why I want to do this is so I can use the "show badge" feature to see the temperature instead. Seems kind of silly to have the temperature on the icon AND on the badge

Is this possible? Can someone help me achieve it?

    Thanks in advance!!

    Anyone?

    You can edit com.ashman.WeatherIcon.plist.
Change or put in the TempStyle key.
    Code:
    <key>TempStyle</key>
    	<string>color: transparent</string>

So I want to do this exact same thing but on ios4/iPhone 4. I can't for the life of me figure out what plist to chance though.

    Haven't installed WeatherIcon yet.
But you could try and edit the Info.plist from the CHD theme.
    Maybe if you put in
    <key>TempStyle</key>
    <string>visibility: hidden;</string>

That's how it works for the icon labels

Didn't work Think it needs to be in a particular place in the plist for Class?

    Forgot it's not the Info.plist.
But I just installed WeatherIcon, you can just show or hide anything from the weather icon settings

Actually not in this case Wim. I want to have to image on the icon (which includes the temp on the icon also) but use the badge only for the temp. As is stand now it is redundant since it shows the temp on the badge as well as the icon.

    See what I'm saying?

I still cannot get this for the ios4 version. I've edited every plist and file I could, and even went to the googlecode page.

    Help?

    Lol, I did the same.
But even the Theme.plist keys on the Google code page don't work.
Something needs to be updated I guess.
There's only one key in the default plist, and that one is for the Lockinfo image.

Personally I would LOVE to know how to edit the location of the temperature. I'm working on my Serenity HD theme and the location of the temperature is reallllly bugging me

It must be a iOS 4 issue have tried other Weather Icon Themes and none of the Temp settings work.
