Cant remember app name

I cant remember the name of this app. what it did was when you swiped ur fingers across the dots (above the dock) the spring board jumped pages.

thats pretty much all it did that i was aware of. Anyone remember the name?

umm i have quick scroll that does like the same thing but more than jsut the srpingboard it works on any app, like it's helpful for text app when you ahv eto scroll up or down faster, or with a webpage. it's in cydia
