App appeared out of nowhere?

I just noticed an app on my phone and I don't know where it came from. It's named "resolvconf"(sp) and it's in a glass orb which is not my theme. I did that safari tweak earlier but I don't think that's it. Any ideas?

Don't know why it's there but here's some info on what it is. Resolvconf -- a package to manage /etc/resolv.conf
