    Default Jailbreak with iFunBox

Hello i was wondering if i could rejailbreak my ipod touch. I have iFunBox and a Rock.app folder. Could i drag that folder to where my apps are, or would it not do anything. Would i need to downgrade to 3.1.2? Thanks in advance.

Its a third gen. What do blackra1n and all the jailbreaking softwares do extra to make it jailbroken? It would be great if editing the files in an ipod would you let you jailbreak without a software.

The problem is, you can't get access to the files that would need editing unless you were already jailbroken.

the access to iboot is the same regardless of jailbreaking. since thats where the patches are. its not as simple as editing something in your text editor either.
