making two docks?

would it be possible to have two docks like in that picture?
(but obviously better)

Why would you want 2 docks? Just JB and use winterboard. Create your own background with your mad paint skills that appears to have a second dock. Then your third row of icons will sit on it

Or use Infinidock to have multiple dock icons...

It can be done using either Page01, Page02, etc. and it can be done by making duplicates of your apps.

There is a thread here that explains how to duplicate your apps. Duplicate the ones you want to use on your top dock. Then put them on top of your springboard on each page. You can also have a different wallpaper on each page of your springboard. Which means you can also have different docks on each page

Refrain from insulting other members. Who care why he wants it. Its his phone and he can do as he pleases with it. Isnt that why we are all here? So we can do what we want to do with our phones
