[Idea] HTC Hero Unlock Screen.

ok so ive been thinking about this and am pretty sure it can be done. on the htc hero and htc eris, you can slide down to unlock the screen, and i was wondering if a mod can be made for the iphone/ipod touch. the reason i think this can be achieved is that we already got the android unlock screen.

you could mod the android lockscreen to achieve this possibly but I think a new app alltogether would be best.
