Change default browser on iphone

I did a little googling looking for a way to change the default browser when opening links and such from email, ads, and so on. I know those non-jailbroken iphones can't but I'm think there might just be a file that needs changed, or even an app on some cydia repo that does it for you. Just asking if anyone has any more info on this.
