putting Navigon onto a new 3gs?

first I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. Im REALLY new at this. I have a new Iphone 3gs / 32gig / 3.1.2.
I jailbroke it using Blackra1n on my PC (vista).
installed Cydia, and tried to upload Navigon/ Tomtom that I already loaded onto my Itunes.
no luck.
Tried to install "cydia.haculo.us" but my iphone couldn't veryify repo. tried at least 10 times.
finally installed "install0ous" but still couldn't install Navigon from my itunes.
I removed Blackrain, Cydia, ********** and Restored phone to Factory.
then my friend tried to jailbreak on her iMac, using Blackrain, and Pwnage.
no luck at all using those 2 thru her Mac.
someone told her that ALL 3gs iPhones made after the 39th week of 2009 were unbreakable ( at least that you'd have trouble running 3rd party apps. My serial # indicates week 42. 4th & 5th digit of serial #)

so, is there any way to run Navigon on my 3gs. that's pretty much the whole reason I jailbroke it in the first place.
