user unlock wallpaper wont go away

when i first got winterboard i enabled "user unlock wallpaper" and had it for awhile...now im trying to make my own theme and after unchecking "user unlock wallpaper" its still there even when running my new theme and rebooting the phone...does anyone have any ideas

ok well i cheated....just uploaded the lock screen from the theme im building into the wallpaper slot and the iphones goof up made it work....still like to know when the theme cant control that image though

try SSHing in to /private/var/mobile/Library and deleting the Wallpaper.jpg (or .png) and LockBackground.jpg (or .png)

i did that....it didnt have any effect....it still wont change with the theme i had to add it to my user wallpaper then it went to the lock screen
