i donlowaded alot of apps via you know if i sync my phone with itunes it deletes all of them. anyway around this? other than manually managing your music? or is it always gonna delete the downloaded apps?

You have to turn off auto-updating if you didn't before you sync a jailbroken ipod. If it updates when it syncs, its going to get rid of everything you did before breaking it: apps, themes, whatever.
