Custom Firmware File

I am running Windows. Is there some way to create an image of my current iPhone and turn it into a custom firmware file?

I restore my iPhone many times during the day to test various things, such as a new method developed for creating multiple unquie certs.

But majority of my time is being wasted installing various apps such as OpenSSH, since cydia takes forever to load.

Basically is there some way to create an firmware file with few important apps already installed such as Cydia, iFile, OpenSSH, MobileTerminal, etc...

Also is there a way to create an image of the current state of my iPhone and then maybe be able to restore that image later?

For example all the themes, the way i have all my icons setup, all my contacts, messages, etc...

So using Pwnage tool, how about I go about adding the extra apps such as OpenSSH, iFile, etc when building the custom firmware? Where do I download these apps from?
