I think it can´t stop, because when it stops it save it into camera roll, but there is a problem with the codecs

And it doesn´t show us the timer, like in geomazo´s video.

only to 420v. then it is able to save the photo

the only thing is that in order for it to record you have to click the switch, the switch then freezes, then go into camera roll press done, then the option for video recording works, press it, it makes a ding, but then the buttons freeze and it wont let you stop

I think what joel did was make the video recording screen the same as the photo camera screen but I could be wrong, so know it wont freeze, but it wont also save videos

yeah. its my first time hearing the ding on a 3g!

yup. i think it made it a photo camera instead cuz the values was changed from av to p which i think it means audio video to photo. hmmm.

<integer>1536</integer>

Guys we (me and djbeppee) are very very close, the closest we have ever got, respect to others. We are not going to release any file until video recording actually works perfectly. So, I am in contact with macfan. I am leaving modmyi for now, to have more time to work on this project ;-)

and that

maybe we must change the VideoDecoder and Encoder Files

^^ok so yea it turns out i changed other stuff in my plist earlier which was y it wasnt changing like urs..but yea now i have the same stuff too (camera not freezing when switching to vide-camera...and able to take pictures) however still prblms with capturing video....hmm..its definately the values

ok im stuck can sumbody plzzzzz help!!!...my iphone is a ipod n i coppied the exact same stuff from the archive for m68ap n nothing happened still no camera text app etc...the size in the archived file is 1.32kb n the one i edited is 3.784 kb can sumbody help me?....i have a 3g 3.1.2
