Winterboard's trouble !

When I use FW 2.2.1 I was use Winterboard normally
But when I Upgrade to FW 3.1.2, something on my theme didn't work

So I download a new theme ( it's iComplete 3 ) and they say it work on FW 3.x. But it's not work too

Theme app like :
_Sound not work : Unlock sound low or great diferent
Lock soundnot work
_Safari theme not work
_Keyboard theme not work
_Cydia theme not work
But theme on Springboard is OK
I don't know my iP or my WB error :-??
