I'm not sure about the clock/date color but the icons you can change, you will have to do it yourself, find the locations of what you want to change and use Photoshop/Gimp to make them red then replace

Ps. Like your lock icon (Padlock)

    Default native clock
As far as I know, there is not a way to change the native clock text color on the lockscreen easily. It can be done w/ CSS HTML widget, and you can manually replace the original files for the clock text color. I found something on it out there before. However, this is not theme friendly. I want to be able to change the clock color from within my Winterboard theme, without modifying or replacing the original files on the phone.
