Changing numerals format in the International settings?

Hi,
Apple got the numerals format for my country on the iPhone wrong.
so is there as way to change the numerals format from Indian (١ ٢ ٣ ٤...) into (1 2 3 4....) without changing the Region Format country?

I searched for the plist file that might contain the value for this change but so far i couldn't find it.

Any help is alot appreciated
