Ok, I've compiled the 3.1 voice control from the iPhone 3GS firmware. I haven't modded them yet, but you should know what to do with them.

Also, I will be working on this from now on, and I am going to start modding some files to get them working on the iPhone 3G/2G/iPod 1G/2G.

Ok, so I'm on the thread working on native video recording, well, while working on it i discovered that if you add videorecording into the plist file M68AP.plist, your iphone becomes the ipod touch 3g on re bootup

Poor virtuedesign , he's nearly finished voice control and friggin Leakers ruined it , I can't believe that super moderator closed the thread , y not just five the bad people warnings??

ok, let's wrap up the problem:

we are at the bus error when running the vot file, which means we need to enable vc via the m86ap.plist, but if we do that, the iphone will hang up on respring (even with iphonevm).

Now, how can we fix that?

^burner u said u got the simulator (from sdk i believe)...im going to send some files over 2 ya l8r and just follow the txt for the directions...i just want 2 c if it can "atleast run" in the sim and if not then what errors/command does it lists and such....
sounds ok?

EDIT: If you could test these in the sim it would be awesome!

it wont work in the simulator. these files are arm compiled. you will need to recompile it for intel, so you will have to test it on the iphone.

Though for this project...ill continue working on stuff till i find something interesting..lol
