help to edit bootloader 5.9 with winscp

Can anyone help as i have 3.0 os with 5.11.07 baseband and 5.9 bootloader. . need to unlock. Can you edit the carrier settings somehow with winscp?

Nope, not that I am aware of. That baseband can't be unlocked.
If your on 3.0 how did you end up with that? Did you update to 3.1 and then downgrade?

^exactly what I was thinking, only way to get that baseband. Reason I asked the question cause you just never know. sometimes it's magic. lolz

My iphone froze so did i dum tunes restore and upgraded to 3.1 not thinking. Then downgraded with shift restore twice with my old 3.0 ipsw and jailbroke. Now have 3.0os, 5.11.07 base and 5.9 boot, , damn

just wish i could winscp in and change carriers

It's not carrier changes, it's the baseband and it can't be changed, perhaps ever.

so i would just sell ur iphone and get one that hasnt been updated to 3.1 yet(A person with ATT wouldnt mind)or u could trade.
