Free ram displayed on home screen next to clock?

During my normal perusing of Cydia, i noted a screenshot that showed the home screen. In the middle, on the very top was of course the digital clock. However directly to the right was a display that read "128MB." This a peaked my curiousity, im constantly checkin my ram usage, if this in fact was a free ram display it would help me so much. Has anyone seen or heard of this? Any info at all would be great. Im obivoulsy J/B, and runnin 3.0 Thanks!

Install SBSettings and it will give you that option to have it in the status bar.
Open SBSettings, press More, press Extras & options there you will find the toggle.
