Mac Login - Cydia

I need some help with theme that i downloaded. It's called "Mac Login" through Cydia. When i installed this it didn't go into Winterboard like all other themes do. I then downloaded WinSCP on my computer and got into the themes folder onto the iphone where all other themes are located. When i select the theme in Winterboard and it re-springs it doesnt come up.

Do i need to enable something or change settings or something?

Any help would be nice!!!
