How do i get this stuff on my phone?

First time user, I have iPhone 3G 3.0 and I am just wondering what I need to use in order to get what I download from this site onto my phone. That may be the simplest question ever but that's all I need to know. Thanks!

Assuming you have jailbroken your iPhone, these tutorials will help you:

things that you download from modmyi (or really any site that youre downloading things from your phone from) are generally ssh'ed into your phone. on a mac, youd use a program called cyberduck and on windows, you would use winscp.
