(SSH Terminal?) Transmit, DiskAid or Cyberduck?

Hi I am wondering how to run commands from my Mac onto my iPhone instead of using the terminal app. I used to use WinSCP but I made the move to a mac about a month ago. WinSCP had the option to run terminal commands through SSH. Can someone tell me how I can do this on the Mac? (Without using the terminal app on the Mac, I'd rather do it through an SSH client.)

Cyberduck all the way, I think to run a command it's under "go" on the menubar, also it's free hope that helps

I tried that earlier and its not compatible with the iPhone, any other ideas? Thanks though.

The only other two ssh clients I know of are fugu, and transmit, you may have to use termial.
