    Yes, this still works up to 6.1.3. BUT...DO NOT delete daemons manually because you can easily throw your phone into a boot loop or recovery mode.

    Google 'Daemon Tool' and add the appropriate repo. This will quickly and easily remove the safe daemons.

    Oh god, thanks a lot it still work up to 6.1.3, thanks a lot thazsar! I'll try this method after I upgrade my 3Gs to 6.1.3 xD

    Am I the only one that's noticed that removing/disabling launch daemons has literally no impact or effect on any device at all since iOS 5.0+.

    In iOS 4 this worked great, but after iOS 5 hit, it doesn't improve anything at all...nor does it on iOS 6.

    Just trying to save users some hassle. This won't help or speed up anything unless your on iOS 4 or lower.
