Status Notifier + GPush?

I was just wondering if there is a way to add apps to StatusNotifier or maybe just redirect it to a different one so that it will show the email icon on top when I get notified from GPush or another app.

Anybody know how or if its possible?

You want it to display the mail icon or you want it to display a push icon?

When I get a push notification from GPush I'd like it to show the mail icon in the status bar on top.

I second this, GPush is ok, but I can't live without it interfacing with Status Notifier

Maybe the author of Notifier 3.0 (Spektro) could ask your request .. I already did it. Notifier is really working fine and with the addition of gpush would be perfect
