music on iphone

Please let me know if I am in the wrong section to post this.

My question is:

I am using Safari Download Manager to browse songs via google on my iphone. They get saved to the downloads folder on the iphone. I use iFile to browse these files directly on the iphone. I also am able to move these files using iFile.

Is there a way to move them to the itunes music folder so that the ipod app on the iphone recognizes the new mp3?

I have tried to move them into the music folder on the iphone as well as tried to create a new directory, no luck.

just use dtunes and itll be there

dTunes is down, at least seeqpod is. Is there another source that works with dtunes?
