quick calendar question

i need to change the color of the day and date on the springboard calendar icon. Ive searched and learned what i need to change to accomplish this, but im having trouble finding the info.plist file. im not using any theme, but i have downloaded some themes from cydia. i just took the icons i liked from them, and manually replaced them in the applications folders with iphonebrowser. so i guess i need to know where the .plist is for the stock or default theme? thanks in advance for any info/help.

Download winterboard and drop this via ssh. var/stash/theme???/. Modify the info file as you please.
