Stacks v3, Multiple Icons?

I recently downloaded the French version of Stack v3, "Stack alpha Fr." I can't seem to figure out how to implement multiple stack icons in the dock. To my understanding the v3 of Mobile Stacks is supposed to have this, am I wrong?

I have this also and it only came with one stack. You could try duplicating the app in your apps folder.

The alpha version only has 1 stack.
