Edit: Silly me, I forgot how to fix permissions.
I got:
chmod -R 0755 on /Applications/MobilePhone.app and /Applications/MobileSMS.app
and
chmod +s on chmod /Applications/MobilePhone.app/MobilePhone and /Applications/MobileSMS.app/MobileSMS

Phone won't load up and SMS doesn't even show up on Springboard. Could someone point me In the right direction?

Restore it. "cut and paste" usually doesnt work out so well.

I've done it in the past...oh well Ill just overwrite the old apps in the Transformer app (prolly haven't heard of it since it was on the sleeper's repo, which was pulled from Cydia. Bastards.) and use it to install them correctly.
