Enabling permissiosn to 755

I need to set permissions to 755, but really don't knwo how> I rsearched the forum and found a guide how to do it on "Squid" but dont see that program on Cydia. I have downloaded mobile finder and mobile terminal.. I have no idea what I do from here.

Help is appreciated.
