i wont change my background for my 3G fw 3.0

idont know how

people have been looking for weeks and come to the conclusion that it aint possable yet but i have a temparey fix buy irealsms from cydia get ifile again cydia download the sms theme you want.. copy the background in to the irealsms app (use ifile to do this) change the name so its the same as irealsms app all done p.s the same applys for the bubbles but jut a note the irealsms backgrounds are transparent by default.. they are great people for making this possable so its worth the little charge if you need sms backgrounds like me hope this helps

Nope, none yet although I'm positive that a new Winterboard release would accompany any progress with this.

how do you get that to work? it wont work for me i downloaded it into cydia my sms background is still the stock one and in sbsettings when i go to movile substrate addons it says it's on

After install, go to settings, wallpaper, and choose your wallpaper, and click the left 'i'

anyone know how to make the biteSMS background different? i thought this would change it too but nop and i cna't figure it out in the bitSMS application.

Remz 08 : Send me your directory BiteSMS and SetWallpaper, and with this I search a way for change wall in BiteSMS

I'm not looking for biteSMS, I just want to see if we could figure out how this replaces the regular SMS background so we could use it in themes and stuff.

Because bitsms is SMS app with addons where as irealsms is an indapendent app but you can enable the defult look from the settings I have wallpapered irealsms! Why not use irealsms?
