Record video in background 3GS
Is there a way to record video in the background on a 3GS like cycorder? I tried backgrounder but the native video recorder is made to stop recording during interruptions such as a phone call so it just stops recording. Cycorder isn't available on the 3GS...

so you cant download it and install it from cydia?
thats odd. i havnt tried it myself.
unfortunately backgrounder would have been my best guess

Yes I can install it but I can't launch it.... It crashes upon opening

you can always put it in airplane mode if ur worried about a call messin up ur recording

will it continue to record if you press record then put the phone to sleep without pressing the home button

i have tried everything as well. backgrounder wont work, cycorder wont work.. if you put the phone to sleep mode the video stops..
Anyone have any other suggestion?

These record in the background, but records from the screen instead of camera:

These stop recording when backgrounded:

Correct.
Resolution of the screen recording varied from good to dreadful.
Sorry about the "s" on "records".
Last minute changes of grammar often produce typos.

ok so i didnt bother reading all comments so sorry if this comment iz failz,
but! has anyone tried fishing around in cycorder to see if theres any strings that only make it work with a 3G e.g. DeviceType????
