looking for an iphone mod

Hey all,

Ive been looking for an icon arrangement mod all morning and i cant find it. Unless someone lied to me and sent me on a wild goose chase. Anyway, the mod im looking for allows u to move the springboard up and down so u can place icons above the status bar and below the dock. Anyone heard of anything? What I'm trying to accomplish is organize my apps (App Store apps and Cydia Apps) Just to clean the phone up kinda. Let me know
