Reflective Icons

I could have sworn I saw it on Cydia but it's no longer there.
Anyone know what the app that worked like reflective dock but for non-docked icons is called?

It IS reflective dock. Once installed, go into settings, then select "Reflective Dock" The option to reflect application icons is there. (As well as options to change reflection pattern/mode/etc)
