    Default SpringBoard.plist deleted!

    i accidently deleted the wrong file

    its in
    /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

    its called SpringBoard.plist

    i would appreciate it if someone can
    send me the file or post it on here or something

    I don't have one of those in SpringBoard.app. Are you sure it isn't SpringBoard.strings located in:
    "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj"

    If so, I already uploaded a stock version to the download section of ModMyi.

    no i never touched anything inside of that folder
    i am almost positive it was springboard.plist
    but it might not have been

    all i know is all of my strings arent showing up
    such as the calender date, instead of saying
    slide to unlock it says "AWAY_LOCK..." idk, stuff like that

    That's SpringBoard.strings. I'm 99% sure that you can rename it to plist and nothing will happen, but SpringBoard.strings is the original name for it and that is what you edit to change "slide to unlock" etc.

    im thinking about restoring my phone because
    not only is that messed up, like every single system
    string is messed up, and the status bar is stuck in landscape
    while on the springboard

    but thank you, you have helped

    i was just trying to make my own landscape theme
    and kind of gave up lol

    do you know anything about duplicating applications?
