is there anywhere i could get the camera shutter animation to display when i use my iphone (After slide to unlock screen)

I was looking through the files and found the picture but i dont know how i would get it to display.

^tht sounds pretty cool, but i dont know how to implement the animation into the homescreen... maybe replace the stock animation where the apps fly in from the sides
