Transfer file from PC to Ipod touch/Iphone

I am new to ModMyi and just downloaded the file HiDef Icons. How can I transfer this file to my Ipod touch?

I am georgewilson's new account and I now you have to SSH but where do you place it? that guide just shows you how to install WinSCP and that basic stuff

SSH each folder into "/private/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx". Then once the folder is in there rename it from "HiDef Icons" to "HiDef Icons.theme" (It really doesn't matter what you call it as long as it is called .theme

From there you can turn it on through Winterboard.

Edit: Just wanted to add a picture to show that it works.

It didn't work but thanks for trying, hidef icons is suposed to be a .rar file right!

Extract the rar or zip and there should be folders inside of it. Rename the folders by added .theme at the end. Then follow my post above.
